Most fish oil runs one lane — EPA & DHA. Redline runs three: fish oil, borage GLA & flaxseed ALA in every softgel, sourced from low-mercury anchovy. One softgel a day. Read the full breakdown below.
Every number off the label — read it like a dyno sheet before you line up.
Each softgel delivers 120 mg EPA and 80 mg DHA — the omega fatty acids that support heart, brain & joint health.* Clean burn, no fishy aftertaste, built to fit a hard-training routine.
Two ways on the grid. Take pole with the 3-bottle bundle, or run a single lap — scan your pit pass and line up.

Redline is the daily omega for the rare ones obsessed with both — same discipline under the bar, same obsession in the engine bay. Keep it dialed in.
No fog, no fine print games — here's exactly what's in the bottle and why.
Anchovies are small, fast-reproducing, low on the food chain — they don't live long enough to bioaccumulate heavy metals the way large predatory fish do. Mercury binds to protein tissue, not fat, so fish oil starts out cleaner than fish meat before it's even refined.
Anchovy is on the FDA's "Best Choices" low-mercury list for exactly this reason.
Not all omega-6 is the same. The GLA in borage seed oil skips the pro-inflammatory pathway most omega-6 fats take and converts instead to prostaglandin E1 — an anti-inflammatory compound. Borage oil is the richest natural source of GLA available.
It's one of the only omega-6 fats included on purpose, not left out.
1 softgel delivers 120mg EPA + 80mg DHA, plus ALA and GLA — 1,200mg total across all three omega families. This is a daily foundational complex, not a max-dose EPA/DHA product. Take 2 a day if you want to land in the AHA's suggested daily range.
